Return and Exchange Policy
We carefully inspect all items before shipping to ensure they meet our quality standards.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during transportation.
If you receive an item with a defect or visible damage caused during delivery, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We may request photos or other evidence to verify the issue.
Items that are returned or exchanged must be in their original condition and packaging.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, or normal wear and tear.
Once the issue is confirmed, we will proceed with a replacement or refund, according to your preference and product availability.
